Our team is looking for a full-time Operations Manager! The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will manage the activities of the Real Estate agent and provide support to the clients. You will handle the day-to-day operations, maintain organized records, and ensure that data entry is accurate. This person will serve an integral role in assisting the Real Estate agent with daily tasks to ensure the best client experience. Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 base bonus
Responsibilities:- Field incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries from clients
- Generate and review contracts, documents, and other documents according to relevant regulations
- Keep the Team Lead's schedule organized and up-to-date
- Oversee and monitor the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Keep listings on real estate websites updated
- Support new agents with onboarding and training
- Real Estate license preferred but not required
- At least 1-2 years of Real Estate Administrative Experience and/or relevant industry experience
- Knowledge and experience in using CRM and other platform software
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
